Good preparation - the key to making good connections

The first impression at a trade fair is very decisive. Good planning and first-class logistics are the foundation for your success at the fair. A trade fair is more than just information about your business. The exhibitors at FRUIT LOGISTICA are also distinguished by their extraordinary exhibition stand design.

With a high-quality stand design, you can raise the attention of trade visitors.

From setting up and dismantling your exhibition stand to time and personnel planning to your on-site events: The design, realization and coordination of a successful exhibition presence is a complex task. Our colleagues from Capital-Service GmbH will gladly support you.

In order to make it as easy as possible for you to master this challenge successfully we provide all the key information and services as well as the rules for fair organization – so that everything goes according to plan. We hope that your preparations for FRUIT LOGISTICA will go smoothly.

Berliner Tafel e.V. (a registered association, collecting and distributing donated food) will pick up donated fruit and vegetables from the stands on Friday, 7 February, from 4.00pm onwards.

On the first day of the fair you will get a note on picking up fruits and vegetables. On Friday members of the organization Berliner Tafel e.V. will go through the halls to give you information on picking up and keeping your goods.

You can also get stickers to mark the products to be donated on Friday.

We ask you to not give your product donations to unauthorized third parties. Berliner Tafel e.V. is the only official aid organization authorized to pick up the goods.

On Friday it has to be prevented that unauthorized third parties will take away the stand decoration.

You will find cloakrooms in the following locations:

  • Entrance Hall B - City Cube (Jafféstrasse)
  • Entrance Hall B - City Cube (Messedamm)
  • Eingang North (Hammarskjöldplatz)
  • Eingang South (Jafféstraße)

Fee: 2.50 Euro per piece of clothing and 5.00 Euro per piece of luggage.

Please keep in mind at which cloakroom you left your luggage, as all the cloakroom tickets look the same.

The Exhibitor Service Center is located at Großer Stern (between halls 10.2/11.2, 3rd floor). It provides you with the opportunity – if required – to order at short notice all the services relating to your participation in the trade fair.

Opening times 2020:

During stand construction:
30 Jan. - 4 Feb. every day 8.00am - 6.00pm

During FRUIT LOGISTICA:
5 -7 Feb. 8.00am - 6.00pm

Dismantling time:
8 Feb. 8.00am - 4.00pm
