People are fundamentally curious. Curiosity and innovation have always driven evolution. Even in today’s globalized world, speed and technical leadership are often decisive. This makes it all the more important to promote innovation and especially the ability to innovate. 

But how? How can we be innovative? How does innovation work? How can it be institutionalised? How can a company or a society fundamentally maintain its innovative strength and capacity? Are there any principles or guidelines to be followed?

The food industry is facing profound change. Technologies and consumer behaviour are changing rapidly and opening up new options for action. The booming start-up scene is an important indicator for the markets of the future. Established companies have to realise potential at a higher speed and validate new products and services on the market under real conditions.
