FRUIT LOGISTICA Hall Forum – focusing on the key issues in the trade
Six to eight one-hour Hall Forum sessions at Fruit Logistica turn the spotlight each year on key topics affecting the international fresh produce industry. Here, right in the exhibition halls, exhibitors and visitors can learn about the most important issues currently affecting the trade and discuss solutions with international experts.
The international fruit trade, with its complex supply chain and multitude of key players, makes a crucial contribution year after year to the population’s health. In many countries, fruit and vegetables are also key economic factors. But that certainly doesn’t make it an easy business. New challenges have to be met all the time, and Fruit Logistica makes a key contribution to this with its annual series of workshops.
Over the three days of the exhibition, the Hall Forum looks at all the major areas of trade. Supplier countries and receiving markets are analyzed, the market potential of products and product categories investigated. Consumer behavior is put under the microscope – how does the consumer tick? What do they want these days? How should we be communicating with them? And then there are a whole host of logistical and technical matters to be discussed. Free entry for exhibitors and visitors.
